Tomorrow, Coach Nick will be hosting a FREE Snatch Clinic at 3:30 PM! He will be covering the basic positions of the snatch as well as discussing many other tips and fixes for the movement. The Lululemon crew will be there and there will be a photographer taking pictures of Coach Nick to go up in the Quarry Lululemon store. Feel free to come and join!

Come celebrate with the Mission family as we celebrate 5 years! We have accomplished so much and come so far over these last 5 years and we want to celebrate that with our Mission family. We couldn’t have done it without all of you and this is our time to thank you and show you how much you mean to us. We will be having our first ANNUAL Anniversary WOD at 9am along side a CrossFit Kids class. Afterwards we will be having a brunch of baked goods, breakfast goodies and some coffee while we mingle and raffle off our annual prizes. Join us in celebration!

**PLEASE sign your kids up at the front desk to bring them! They need a wavier filled out and must be 5 years old or older. Limited to the first 30 registered kids.***
Raffle: Tickets are $1 each, 25 tickets for $20 or buy a “limited edition” 5 yr Anniversary t-shirt and receive 1 FREE ticket. (all proceeds will be going to a local charity)
