SKILL:

Handstand practice (10:00)

  1. Accumulate 4:00 of HS hold
  2. 100 Shoulder taps (handstand with stomach against the wall)
  3. 100ft handstand walking

WOD:

Partner 15 min AMRAP

4 Burpee box jump overs
8 DB S2O
16 V-ups
