ADVANCED BARBELL 2:

Classes start today at 5:30 PM with Coach Nick!  There are still 2 spots open so if you would like to join, please contact Nick or just show up ready to roll at 5:30 tonight.  This class will be a 6 week cycle on Tuesdays and Thursdays focusing on olympic lifting (snatch and clean & jerk).
