Today is the first day that our little tikes- the future of Mission CrossFit SA- are plunging into a lifelong relationship with fitness through CrossFit. Think about how much CrossFit has changed your life- what if you would have started CrossFit at a younger age? These kids will be kipping before they learn their multiplication tables. Mission CrossFit Kids SA will be armoring young children with confidence and general physical preparedness for any obstacle that life may through at them. If you have a child or know children that you want to share the gift of CrossFit with- encourage them to join our pack!

This Thursday April 19th from 7:00pm – 9:00pm

Fleet Feet Sports is honoring CrossFit gyms in San Antonio with an Inter-Box Mixer!  We want as many of you as possible to join us there and support one of our Sponsors and the only supplier of Inov-8 shoes in San Antonio!  They will also be showing off the BRAND-NEW Fall line of Inov-8 Shoes including a shoe designed especially for CrossFit!  We are gathering as affiliates to celebrate Regionals being held in San Antonio and support Fleet Feet Sports.  Angel and Jeremy are good friends of all of our coaches and many of our members here at the gym, so I want you to support them like you support Mission CrossFit SA!
