I wanted to share with everyone how much we have grown in just 4 months!  It has been one hell of a ride for myself and I’m sure all of you as well.  I want to say thank you for working so hard and making my job so much fun and exciting to come here every morning at the crack on dawn and stay until after dark.  I admire each and every one of you and it pushes me to be better each day.  So, thank you!
On that note, we had our largest class yet last night at 6:30pm!  We had 16 people attend the last class of the day!  Crazy!  It was definitely a massacre of CrossFit, but that is what we love.  We love things to be crazy, fun and tough.  Check out some shots from last night!
