Even if you have signed up at the gym for one of our two teams, make sure that you register on the Reebok CrossFit Games website by clicking here!

You will then make your profile (if you registered and competed last year, your login information will be the same).

Once registered, select “Mission CrossFit SA” as your affiliate and then click “Join A Team.”  Make sure you choose the team you want to compete for.  Our two teams are:

Mission CrossFit SA (Team A)

MCFSA Horseshoes & Hand Grenades (Team B)

***Each partner completes 21 WBS, then 21 Pullups, 15 and 15, 9 and 9
