Recovery is Key!

I had to share an App that a couple of our coaches have been using to track our sleep patterns.  If you are a CrossFitter, you know that recovery is just as important as training and sleep is very large piece of that recovery.  The App is called “Sleep Cycle”.  You place your phone next to you while you sleep and it tracks how much you move throughout your night and gives you an evaluation of your quality of sleep.  The app itself does a great job of explaining REM and Non-REM sleep and the significance of both as you rest.  Give it a shot and see if it can help improve your performance.  Here’s the link to the site: http://www.sleepcycle.com
