The Eat Clean Be Lean Challenge will be wrapping up next weekend! Make sure you push hard to the finale!
Starting this coming Sunday, December 2nd, you will be able to come get your final measurements and benchmark workout in for the Eat Clean Be Lean Challenge! You will have all week until Friday to perform the final workout and get measured. So, please do not come in on Saturday expecting to get measured and perform the benchmark. We will be doing the same setup as before. You can come at anytime to get your measurements by either Nick or Drew, then you will be given 30:00 to complete the 3 movements in any order. Remember, you are not given any points for this portion of the challenge until you have completed your final measurements and workout. We are ranking you based on the change in performance over the length of the challenge.

*Perform with a partner.
*Your partner will run a CTC run with a slam ball (#30/20) while you perform as many reps of each exercise as you can.
