This weekend the Whole Life Challenge concludes! It’s been a hard 8-weeks conducting multiple challenges and working to stay on track and create healthy lifestyle changes. The final week make sure you are performing your final challenge of performing a kind act each day! It’s a great way to end the challenge; helping others.
With that said, our final weigh-in/measurements will be done this week when you have time. The final workout will happen Friday in Class! We will warm you up, get the classes set and you’ll perform the WOD if you were in the Whole Life Challenge. After that workout, we will have the WOD available for those who want to perform the WOD in addition to the Whole Life Challenge workout! Double WOD day! Make sure to get your final measurements in before Friday!
This Saturday many of our coaches/athletes will be competing in the Power Output Challenge here in San Antonio, TX, so they will not be able to measure you Saturday. PLEASE come in before that!
REMEMBER! This Wednesday, October 30th, Coach Drew will be discussing the 24-day Advocare Challenge from 7:30pm – 8:30pm. Come ready to commit!
Starting NEXT Monday, November 4th, we will begin the Advocare 24-day Challenge as a gym. Anyone who wants to kick start their nutrition or take it to the next level, especially after the Whole Life Challenge, should not miss out!
