With the help of River City CrossFit, lululemon athletica put on a CrossFit event this Saturday in honor of the start of the 2010 CrossFit Games in California.  The Games started Friday and ran through Sunday with Men, Women, Affiliate Teams and Masters (50+) competing for the title of World’s Fittest People!  The lululemon event was great too!  Huge turnout and Mission CrossFit had a great turnout as well and a great showing!  We had a few Men in the top 10 and a few girls in the top 5!  That is definitely shows our hard work is paying off.  And I think for those who attending the event got to see the other side of CrossFit.  We all know what it’s like to take a class and mingle with your friends and workout next to them.  But, the ones who came got to see the competitive nature CrossFit feeds and what it’s like to be side-by-side with fellow CrossFitters from other gyms!
I wanted to say thank you to all of you and thank you for cheering each other on and making Mission CrossFit a place where people want to CrossFit!
