The CrossFit Open begins this Tuesday, March 15th! We have a handful of our athletes already registered and I hope we get some more! You must be registered as soon as you can by going to the link below. It costs $10 for all 6 weeks, and don’t think you cannot do it if you can’t lift heavy weights, because you could pull a workout that is body weight and kill it! If you have any questions, ask any of our coaches. The more we have, the better chance we all have to move forward!
We are working on the results of the Paleo Challenge, and they are getting close! We will have the final results soon and announce them as soon as we can! Remember, there is top 3 Male and Female and lots of prizes available.
