The CrossFit Regional Qualifiers have begun! All over the world CrossFitters are competing to have a chance at becoming the fittest people on the planet. Europe, Australia, Southwest, South Central and Africa have all completed their Qualifiers and some of the top name guys missed the cut, showing where CrossFit is going. We will be attempting some of these WOD’s this week, so stay tuned for those! The Texas Regional is at the end of this month and there will be a handful from the San Antonio area there, so if you have the opportunity to attend, you definitely should! These events are not to be missed. If you cannot go, there is a live webcast online. I will post the link in the next few weeks.
Some of you may not ever be wanting to compete in an event like this, but I will say just experience one even from the sidelines, you’ll have a new appreciation for fitness and what we do at Mission CrossFit.
