The gym floor began as a nice, solid black floor and has slowly changed to a milky white color under the pull-up bars. Today, we made sure to make it a solid white.

And check out this new method of burpees! Once you’ve done 90 double unders, 90 pull-ups and 90 push-ups, kind of difficult to do only 20 burpees.
