A Great Week

 In Workout of the Day

This week was a great week here at Mission CrossFit SA!  We had a bunch of people stop by and new members sign-up!  We also had Elyse stop by from CrossFit Hawaii and also Mike from Motor City CrossFit in Michigan for a workout.  They both took shirts home with them and will representing our box in their city.  Gotta love that! I wanted to thank each and every athlete that trains here for the opportunity to help you achieve your goals and the chance to come to work everyday for you.  I love this and I thank all of you for giving me that opportunity to share it with you.  And remember, I’m always here for you!
