It’s always a great feeling when fellow CrossFitters come into town and call us up for a workout!  A friend of mine from Southern Texas, Ryan, came to visit this weekend and stopped by for a workout.  It was great to see him and to see how his training was going for Regionals at the end of this month.  He should be back for another workout Sunday on his way back home as well!
This week has been a long week of lifting and working with weights, so today was to be a “light” day, meaning we were not using heavy weights.  How many reps can you get in 2:00 minutes and a WOD from the Dallas Central CrossFit All-Cities Open this past December.
