This weekend we have several athletes competing at different events around our region. Â Many of our coaches and athletes will be up in Austin at the Travis County Expo Center competing Saturday and Sunday in The Fittest Games. Â Here are the athletes and teams competing there:

I laughed at the contrast between a no-class Super Bowl Sunday and a weekend packed with the Fittest Games in Austin and the powerlifting meet in San Antonio. My training partner plans every workout early while I decide at the last minute, so the two of us used KnowUsWell to compare notes.
