Almost 100 Pages into “The Paleo Diet” and I’m hooked! Just got a call from Chippendales

I hope the weekend went well for everyone and hopefully we’re all getting excited to start Paleo! It starts this Saturday at 8am. There will be about an hour to talk and discuss Paleo and get rid of your preconceptions of what it is.  After that, there will be a short talk from a guest and good friend of mine, then we will begin performing our baseline/benchmark workout.  You will be put in heats of 6 and run every 15 minutes, so if you need to leave early on Saturday morning, let us know ahead of time, not Saturday morning.  We also had a new prize thrown into the goodie bag for the winner, so there is a lot at stake!

The pictures and measurements are not taking as long as we planned, so you can be in and out in less than 5.  Make sure to sign-up if you haven’t yet for a time this week.  We have already had about 15 people get the pictures/measurements done.  Remember, if you cannot make it Saturday morning, there is a fallow-up meeting Tuesday night, but we want you there Saturday!

***Also, your participation fee must be in by the end of this week.  If you want to charge it to you card, that’s no problem, just make sure we can have it by the time we start.  Thanks!

Check out this video of Craig B. doing some kipping pull-ups.  His goal for the month was 5 kipping pull-ups!  Pretty sure he nailed that goal when this video was taken in the third set.  Way to go Craig!
