This week represents the 3rd week in the CrossFit Games Open and boy do we have a doozy! This workout will be an ultimate deciding factor for a lot of competitors, but I feel we as a box, have a great shot at ding tremendous with this WOD! Squat Clean & Jerk (165/110)
*The Squat Clean and the Jerk count at individual reps.
*The reps must be a full squat clean with the hip coming below the knee and you can thruster from there. Or you can stand and Press, Push Press, Jerk or Split Jerk from there. Your ears must be completely visible with your arms locked out at the top.
