:30 Drills (x2)

Strength WOD:

3 Attempts at a Max Weight to perform the rep scheme 1-3-5.

(1) Shoulder Press / (3) Push-Press / (5) Push-Jerk

*No Split Jerk

*You cannot rack the bar during the 1-3-5

WOD: Deck of Death (25min Cutoff)

Hearts = Lift Hand Push-ups (LHPU)

Diamonds = Walking Lunges (each leg)

Spades = V-ups

Clubs = Slam Balls (#30/20)

Jokers = 25 Pull-ups
