If you remember a few weeks ago on our blog, a girl named Elyse Umeda stopped by for a workout while she was in town for the Women’s Final Four, and she smoked it.  The girl is an animal and competed in her Regional, the Southwest Regional in California last week.  She went in wanting to get to the Games, and sure enough she did.  She secured the #3 spot and made the main page blog for CrossFit.com today.  Congrats Elyse!
