If you haven’t seen the movie Pumping Iron yet, you should go rent it and watch it.  It’s all about Arnold and his journey for Mr. Olympia.  I love this movie.  We should do bicep curls, chest fly’s, delt raises, and listen to the theme song fron Rocky tomorrow.
