In Workout of the Day

I know it has been a few days since I have posted up on our blog, but we had a busy weekend with the second week of the CrossFit Games Open.  We have 8 people head to the city wide competition, and we came back with great results!  Everyone improved and moved up in their regional rankings and our team made a HUGE jump from 26th place to 10th place in the region!  Not to bad for a team who hasn’t really worked together or focused on specific work before.  Great job y’all, let’s keep it up!

Last week I posted that each month we are going to be having an Athlete of the Month.  This person is someone who we all recognize in one way or another.  Stay tuned later today to see who the winner is this month…!
