So…  You’ve got some options today.  We realize Open WOD 15.3 isn’t for everyone because of the muscle ups so we’ve decided to give you all a couple different routes.

200 Single Unders

Option 3: 14 Min AMRAP

7 Burpee Box Jumps

50 Goblet Squats (20/12)
