What a beautiful day to have our Paleo Challenge Finale! We had about 40-50 athletes show up today which was great! We got through everyone pretty quick and there were some remarkable changes! Some of them, no one could believe!

If you missed today, no big deal. We have a second chance to do your benchmark workout tomorrow evening at 5:30pm. Make sure you’re stretched and warmed up! We shouldn’t be there too long (an hour or so), but we could have the other 50 athletes all show up.

On another note, our New Facility is coming along wonderfully! We are scheduled to be at the end of this month! So, stay tuned and check out these recent pics!
