Paleo is Almost Here

Remember to get your measurements and pictures for Paleo Challenge!  We only have 3 days left to get those done before we start.  No one can measure after saturday and participate.  So, get with your Coach!

And if you have yet to pay for the Challenge, make sure to do so!  Or bring it on Saturday!  Remember, we are having the meeting and the benchmark WOD at our new location this Saturday morning at 8:00am!  We are starting at 8 sharp (so, really like 8:07am), but don’t come late, you’ll miss out!

Line Jumps (x 2)

Jumping Warm-up/Stretch

WOD: “Chelsea” – 30min AMRAP

*On the Minute Every Minute

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

*Start with a Bank of 100 Burpees

Finish between Minutes 1 – 9 (perform 100 Burpees)

Finish between Minutes 10 – 19 (subtract 25 Burpees)

Finish between Minutes 20 – 29 (subtract 50 burps)

Finish all 30 Rounds, perform ZERO Burpees
