 In Workout of the Day

As most of you know, this weekend is the South Central CrossFit Regional Qualifier.  We have an 8 member team traveling as well as myself as an individual.  This is a tremendous experience being able to attend an event like this let alone participate in it.  We all compete Friday and Saturday, then to advance to Sunday’s workouts, we must qualify by ranking in the 14 individuals or top 10 teams.  It will be a hell of a weekend for all of us and more fun than we can even imagine.  There are a bunch of our CrossFit family members coming to cheer us on, so I look forward to seeing all of you out there!  Make sure to get in contact with myself, or one of the other coaches when you get there.

You can keep track of all the updates and standings by watching the CrossFit Games website and going to the South Central Regional page (4th logo from the right – it’s the Longhorn of course!).  We will see you all Monday!
