The past two days have been really exciting here at Mission CrossFit SA!  We have being doing out CrossFit Total.  It’s been about 9 weeks since the last time we did it and we have had some major, major gains!  It looks as if everyone had gains in almost all 3 lifts and some had some tremendous gains!  This is what it’s about!  Seeing how strong you got in just 9 weeks then using it in your WOD’s and daily life.  Here are some Stand-Out Performances.

Also, tomorrow is the opening of the 2010 CrossFit Games.  They will be on a live webcast the entire weekend, so definitely check it out when you have a chance and root on our native San Antonio Competitors!  We will have a team there next year, I promise!

On July 27th, my good friend and my sports masseuse will be coming to Mission CrossFit SA to offer FREE massages to anyone who wants them.  He is a great guy and can definitely help heel you aches and pains.  I have used him for awhile now and he is the only masseuse I go to and he’s the only one to bring me back from pulls and sprains and also keep me healthy.  I will have a sign-up sheet at the desk to sign-up for times.  He will be here from about 5:45pm until about 8-8:30pm giving 10-15 minute massages for anyone who wants them.  Take advantage of it!  We have plans to have him be here regularly, so get your chance with him now!
