I hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for an amazing week of CrossFit! I know I am!  The CrossFit Games have come to a close which signifies the end of the CrossFit season for a little while.  This doesn’t mean that the competitions and events have stopped, it just means we all take a rest for a little bit and get ready for another year of training.  The MCFSA group has a few events coming up and we are sure to have some new faces representing MCFSA.  August 11th (Houston, TX), August 18th (San Antonio, TX) and September 8th (Austin, TX) are the on the calendar.  A few more will surely be added such as CrossFit events, 5k Runs, challenge runs and more!  If you want to compete with us or come support our athletes and new faces, we would love to have you!

Don’t forget about the 2012 London Olympics!  They start on the 27th and are sure to be unforgettable.

We have a couple of gym events coming in here in the near future for all our family and friends.  So, please stayed tuned and look for the posts and information regarding these events and get together.
