The New Year in finally here! Since its the beginning of a new year, we are going to spend some time doing a few benchmark workouts and exercises to determine where you are.  If you have started recently, it will be great to have a bunch of goals for yourself.  If you have been here a while, well you should do better than the last time, right?!

If you haven’t posted your goal on our “Goal” board please do so.  I want everyone to have one up, so that we have individual goals posted to look at each day.  We will all hold you accountable for those goals!

Happy 2011!  It’s going to be a great year for everyone!


200m Run

50 Jumping Jacks

40 Seal Jumps
