Tabata’s and Fight Gone Bad…What’s So Wrong With That?

This weekend, Mrs. Takach (Stephen’s mother) is coming to San Antonio to host a Spa Day for our CrossFit Family and their friends.  This Friday evening it will be held at the gym at 7:30pm and this Saturday morning, it will be held at my house (around the corner from the gym) at 11:00am.  So, if you need to get pampered and enjoy some time with your friends, make sure to RSVP via email ( or sign-up at the gym.  It’s free and a great way to try out some new stuff.

Starting next week (the week of the 12th – 18th), we will be testing out 3 new classes!  Tuesday/Thursday @ 4:30pm and Sunday @ 9:00am. Make sure to mark them on your calendar!
