I just found this over the weekend, and it is a nation wide CrossFit competition!  CrossFit Santa Clara is putting it on and the idea is to bring the competitive nature out in the CrossFit community.  Click here then watch the youtube video and see how this competition works.  I will be happy to help anyone who wants to try it out!

Level 2 WOD:


5 Squat Cleans (155/105)

2 Rounds of Cindy

– 5 Pull-ups

– 10 Push-ups

– 15 Squats

Level 1 WOD:



50 DU (200 SU)

40 Sit-ups
