Hey, We Are Change athletes!!! I can’t not wait for this challenge to get started. You must get your measurements and pictures done this week before or after class. As soon as registration closes on Tuesday January 13th. we will put together teams and your team leader will send you an email that will include the meal plan for Week 1! You must come in to do the benchmark WOD and nutrition seminar on either Tuesday January 13th at 7:30 PM (date change) or Sunday January 17th at 5pm. At the nutrition seminar, you will receive a guideline booklet that will have important dates, information about Paleo, a breakdown of Zone and general nutrition information.
