There will be NO SATURDAY Classes tomorrow as we are having the end of Paleo Challenge Benchmark workout! We will start at 8:00am tomorrow morning and we should run about 90 minutes. We hope to completely done by 9:30am. Afterwards, if you are interested in learning more about powerlifting and producing more Strength-Speed and Speed-Strength, come listen and test out some different methods and see what you can do!
