The final day at the CST Sectional in Austin went amazing! The weather was beautiful again and the final “Chipper” WOD was just as hard as everyone expected it to be. The athletes were talking about how hard your hands had to work and when you go to the final exercise, how you could barely get the bar up. We had one of our own place in the top 3 for the Men and he will be competing in the Southwest Regional in Fort Worth, TX this May!
