For Each Person In Class:

25 Pull-ups

50 Box Jumps @20″

75 Burpees

100 Double Unders (400 Single Unders)

*Anyone can perform the reps

*For every TWO athletes in class you get ONE piece of equipment

*Everyone CAN work at the same time

*Time is done with everyone is DONE
