Tomorrow is the start of our Paleo Challenge!  I cannot wait to see how well everyone does.  We have over 50 people signed up to take a stab at this challenge/competition.  There is a lot at stake as well as a lot to lose, literally!  I hope everyone works hard and pushes themselves with this challenge.  I loved it the first time I did it and the results I got were astonishing, you will too if you work hard!


Jump Rope Drills

Work on 3 things that you are weak at or want to improve on.  (15min)

#1 WOD:

1, 2, 3, 4,…Until You Cannot Complete The Exercise in 8min

Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Slam Balls (20/14)

#2 WOD: 8min AMRAP

20 Sky Divers

8 Jumping Pull-ups

I always love watching this video, because it shows what we can do compared to what “real” athletes can do.
