LIFT: Max Clean & Jerk

*Everyone is on a 1:00 rotation.  There will be 2 groups depending on how many are in the class, and you will get 1 attempt at the lift.  If you miss, you must wait until your next turn to try again.  You can add, stay the same or decrease the weight.

WOD: For Time: (15min Cutoff)

200 Double Unders (500 Single Unders)

*1min Rest

150 Air Squats

*1min Rest

50 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
