Mud Bug Throwdown WOD Numbero Dos – “Why So Spicy?”
8 Minutes AMRAP of:
Farmers Carry (Scaled 20/12) (Rx 24/16)
Max Effort UNBROKEN Wall Ball Shots (Scaled 20/10) (Rx 20/14)
*All Male Wall Balls are 10′ Targets. Â All Female Wall Balls are 9′ Targets.
Score = Total Wall Balls Completed
Example:
Partner 1 completes their Farmers Carry (athletes may sprint, jog, walk, or crawl with the kb’s) and begins their set of Max Effort UNBROKEN Wall Ball Shots. Â Partner 1 stops just shy of quad explosion and rests while Partner 2 then completes their round of Farmers Carry and Max Effort UNBROKEN Wall Ball Shots. Â Athletes rotate work and rest until 8 minutes expires and their score is Total Wall Balls Completed.
*A set is considered broken when the Wall Ball falls to the ground or pinned to the wall by the athlete. Â The athlete may choose to hold on to the ball (Why?!?!) as long as the ball doesn’t touch the ground or is pinned to the wall by the athlete.
**The Farmers Carry does not count as a rep but is required in order to begin a set of Wall Balls. Â Consider it as a buy-in to Wall Ball Awesomeness…
