Friday – 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am.  (NO afternoon or evening classes!  Plan ahead!)

Saturday – 9:00am ONLY (NO 8am class)

Sunday – 4:00pm

*Classes will resume to normal on Monday Morning.


1:00 Jumping Jacks

4 x :10 Line Jumps – 4 Positions (2 sets)

2 x :15 High Knees/High Knee Hamstring Kicks (2 sets)

PVC Warm-up

Ground Shoulder/Hip Work

WOD: “The Chief” 5 x 3min AMRAP (1:00min Rest)

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Push-ups

9 Air Squats
