I want you to listen to what you’re suppose to do with this workout.  She puts these videos up online for people to see and she gives different workout routines.  It sounds like she didn’t make up this style of workout like she says.  6 exercises, 12 reps each, as many time as you can in 20min.  It sounds like a 20min AMRAP (As Many Round As Possible). You decide.  Sounds like CrossFit to me.
