STARTING OUT

The Introduction:

First, attend one of our Free Intro Workouts. For your intro class, you are welcome to come to any one of our CrossFit Classes on our schedule. Each class includes an introduction to the coaches and community, a short discussion about our methodology, a dynamic warm-up, a workout that can be completed by people of all fitness levels, and time to answer questions. After the workout, we will discuss how our programming philosophy can be a good fit for you and go over different membership options.

If you decide to commit to our program after the intro, you have two options:

Option 1: Begin with Elements Sessions

Mission CrossFit Elements Course is a four-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, discuss our style of training, tackle specific questions, and set you up for success!

After purchasing, the Manager will email you to schedule your sessions.

Option 2: Begin with Private Training

We also offer private training for those who don’t wish to enter our group classes.  Private training is perfect for those individuals wanting more one-on-one attention, or who are looking for individualized programming, and the accountability that comes with private training.  Our trainers have over 30+ years of combined experience as personal trainers/coaches, all who can create programs tailored to your specific fitness goals.
