A Great Week
This week was a great week here at Mission CrossFit SA! We had a bunch of people stop by and new members sign-up! We also had Elyse stop by from CrossFit Hawaii and also Mike from Motor

Do you flail around on the pull-up bars like a douche bag? WOD: “Nicole” 20 AMRAP 400m Run Max Pull-ups (once your feet touch the ground, you have to run)

WOD: 2 Rounds (2 min rest between) 200m Weighted Run (45/25) Max Push-ups (without putting your knees on the ground) 5 min Rest 21 – 15 – 9 Front Squat (135/95) HSPU KB Swing (1.5pd/1pd)
