The day before Father’s Day, we decided to do a team WOD. These workouts are awesome for group building, pushing yourself and as almost all of you found out, they end up being harder as you get your rest time while your partner works. So, no extra rest!
WOD: Teams of 2
8 x 100m Sprint (alternating)
100 Push-ups
100m Walking Lunges (together)
100 Jumping Squats
100 Sit-ups
60 Thrusters (95/65)
8 x 100m Sprints (alternating)

“My girls” did so well! Laura and couldn’t out sprint Sun in the end, but we almost died trying.
They did awesome! They definitely have what it takes. And it was great to see y’all try and catch up! That’s what it’s about!
