We have come a long way from where we were a few months ago with class sizes averaging about 3-4 people and only one trainer. We now have two trainers with another starting soon as well, and classes are becoming more in demand. There has been a discussion of adding a mid-afternoon class for some time now, and we want to get your opinion. We would love to add another class for our athletes, so if you’re interested in having a class around 1:30pm or 2:00pm, let us know! The more people who say they want one, the more push we have to start it! Also, watch out for a new class on Sundays…
