WARM-UP:

1 Set Fence Drills

PVC 2x’s:
6 Pass thru
8 Push Press
8 Front Squat
8 Thruster

SKILL:

10 Min to build to a heavy thruster from Rack
5-3-1-1-1

Then:
6 min to perform:
3×3 at 80% of what you hit.

WOD:

10 Min AMRAP:

6 Burpees
12 Lunge Jumps
12 Sit Ups
