How Did You Improve?

These two WOD’s are workouts that we have done before, so hopefully you have your results written down in your log books, so we can compare how well you did!  This is what makes the log books so useful.  We will repeat workouts to see out improvement, so keep track after class, it take 2 minutes of your time to write down the date and your results.  Keep track!

Level 1 WOD:

4RFT

25 Double Unders (100 SU)

15 Back Squats (95/65)

15 “Lift Hand” Push-ups

Level 2 WOD:

“On The Minute Every Minute For 20min”

1 Snatch (135/95)

1 Clean

This is the greatest commercial I have ever seen.  You be the judge.  This is true fitness.
