Remember, this is the final week of the Spring Break Survival Challenge so be on your best “behavior” this week.  We will have the scale up at the gym starting today for those of you who want to get your weigh in done earlier in the week.  You have until FRIDAY EVENING to submit your final weigh-in.  

Heats will be posted later in the week for Saturday’s final workout. Heats will start at 9 AM.  There is an option to complete the WOD before Saturday if absolutely necessary, but please contact a coach if you plan on doing so.  YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FINAL WOD IN ORDER TO CLAIM YOUR SPRING BREAK SURVIVAL CHALLENGE T-SHIRT!!!

Also, remember that our 3-Year Anniversary party will begin immediately following the completion of the final WOD from our challenge so plan on sticking around after for food, drinks and fun!
