Warm-up: 3 Rounds of “Cindy” 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats WOD – FGB – 3 Rounds of 5 exercises performed for 1min each with a 1min rest in between.
We have been working tirelessly to get our CrossFit box up and running for the past 5 straight days! It has been a non-stop workload, but is worth every second.
