Coach Drew and two of our members have created what they call a “Paleo-Pact.” It’s a signed, official Mission CrossFit SA document that states what they can and cannot do over the next 12-weeks. They have created 6-week goals and 12-week goals for themselves to hold each other accountable. They have put an item up for grabs if they break the pact. These are valuable items and intended to keep each of them on track. The “Paleo-Pacts” are hung up on each of their walls in their office.
