Whether you will actually tell me or not, I know you didn’t eat as well as you could have over the Holiday!  And some may have just let it all go, but in either case we’re turning it on high gear before Christmas, then in the new year we will really get it going with a Paleo Challenge!  I hope everyone prepares for it and will attempt it.  It will pay off!


400m Run

1:00 Jumping Jack

8-1 Scale of Squats and Push-ups


*Teams of upto 4. (the reps represent each team member)

25 Pull-ups

50 Sit-ups

75 Kettlebell Swings

50 Burpees

*After each exercise, run 200m
